Two Bloom Designs & Adapting to COVID-19

 

TLDR: Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer, but your order will reach you. Oh, and we adore all you geeky fans!

 

Like you, this husband and wife small business team is facing a lot of uncertainty and anxiety during this time. Like you, we’re trying to maintain a sense of normalcy where we can. So what does this mean for our Two Bloom customers?

  • First off, that we want each and every one of you to do what you can to stay healthy–physically, mentally, and emotionally.
  • Second, please be patient, both on our side of things and to everyone else out there, yourself included.

We are still accepting orders, and orders are still being fulfilled! If you’ve checked out our Production and Philosophy page, you already know that we’re proud to work with an on-demand fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. Our partners are working with a reduced workforce in order to maintain safe social distancing and keep their teams as healthy as possible. This means orders will take longer than usual to be produced and shipped, but we hope you know how much your patience means as we navigate this crazy time.

As the situation changes, we’ll let you know. So far, there is no indication that we will be forced to close orders. We’re in regular communication with our production team and will make sure to share the latest updates of what’s going on with our customers.
